Singapore-grown patisserie that takes on both traditional peranakan & french methods to create the pleasure of taste. Thinking of fusion ? When East meet West ? 51 Fiveone Degrees creates a spread of delicate pastries for your palette . Currently , there’re 4 main items that are showcase at our shop .

* Chiffon Cake 

Light , airy , spongy , intensive flavour , these are some of the keys factors to our unique chiffon cake . Currently available flavours are Orange , Pandan and Chocolate .

* Cupcakes 

Creating flavours from light to strong to exotic that offers a richness in both taste and texture to your taste buds . Light and fluffy buttercream icing , savory vanilla cream cheese frosting , dark chocolate ganache are just some of the toppings that are top above our cupcakes . To date , more and more flavours are currently being experimented and churn out daily in our kitchen by our patisser .

* Tartlets 

French Classic favourites. Hand moulded tartlet casing that is baked to perfection in both crisp and crumbly . Current 2 available flavours are the dark chocolate tart and the lemon meringue tart .

*Butterbloc 

Known as buttercake also . 100% rich pure butter and a hint of cognac is use to create our signature buttercake passing down from generation to generation . Currently , there are 4 different flavours of butterbloc that are created to suit both the young and old generation .
